Q: What is the Lifestyle Club?

A: Lifestyle Club is Mbank’s customer loyalty program designed to incentivize and reward its customers for their relationship with the bank. Through this program, customers can benefit from availing discounts on products and services, cashback on certain purchases, occasional raffle winning and personalized customer service etc.

Q: What is the benefit of being a part of this loyalty program?

A: The opportunity to save is one of the main benefits for customers. There are large numbers of discounted deals and offers either online or in-store which customers can avail and save.

Q: What kind of deals and offers are available?

A: There are restaurants, health and beauty, children focused offers, entertainment, professional services and gifting offers available in the Lifestyle Club.

Q: Where can I find these offers?

A: Customer simply need to visit Lifestyle Club in the Mbank App and they will find all the offers in different categories, such as, InStore/Online offers, ‘Eyalna’ Minors club offers, Travel, Beauty Digital Basket and Vouchers.

Q:How can I enroll into the Lifestyle Club program?

A: Customers are automatically enrolled into the Lifestyle Club and does not need any additional subscription.

Q: Are there any fees or charges to join the Lifestyle Club?

A: No. There are no fees.

Q: How do I take benefit of discounts?

A: The discounts can be availed online (Online Offers) or in-store at the merchant’s site. The offer details, discount percentage and other terms & conditions can be seen under listed offers.

Q: Are there any restrictions or limitations on using the Lifestyle Club?

A: No. There are no restrictions on how many offers a customer can avail and there is no minimum spend-limit as well.

Q: Are all Mbank customers entitled for these offers?

A: Yes. Irrespective of what relationship customers have with the bank, they all are eligible to avail the Lifestyle Club offers.

Q: Are there any special promotions or bonus offers within the Lifestyle Club?

A: Yes. There are plenty of ‘pre-discounted’ offers and promotions within the Online Offer section.

Q: Can I earn loyalty program points for my transactions made with a debit/credit card for online/off-line purchases?

A: At the moment, there is no loyalty-points based system and so customers cannot earn any loyalty-points for their purchases. The Mbank will notify the customers if any points-based system is implemented in the future.

Q: Are there different tiers or levels within the loyalty program? If so, what are the benefits of each tier?

A: Lifestyle Club is a condition-free, auto-enrolled loyalty program and so there are no tiers or levels.

Q: How can I track my Cashback balances?

A: A dedicated cashback ‘Dashboard’ tab is available in the Online Offers section to track customers’ cashback balances.

Q: What happens to my Cashback if I close my account with the bank?

A: Your cashback is auto-credited to your account within the time-frame prescribed by the merchant/seller so there will be no cashback held separately elsewhere.

Q: Are there any restrictions on redeeming offers or discounts, such as blackout dates or limited inventory?

A: The redemption terms and conditions are provided by the merchants and can be seen under the Terms and Conditions section of the offer. It is advisable to speak to the merchant for clarity, particularly at the time of hotel booking.

Q: Does Mbank own the deals and offers provided through Lifestyle Club?

A: No. Mbank does not own any product or services or deals and offers provided through Lifestyle Club. Mbank only procures these deals and offers from different merchants, service providers and aggregators and makes them available for the customers through Lifestyle Club platform. All terms & conditions supplied by the merchants at the time of availing deals and offers will apply.
